Finally, after two years of suspension due to Covid_19, numerous creative, cultural events and festivals are returning for 2022 which will promote, also economically, the 77 neighborhoods of the metropolis.

Chicago, one of the best US tourist destinations, currently has almost 3 million inhabitants, is the third largest city in the United States and hosts well over 70 music festivals, 200 professional dance companies, and more than 200 theatres.

Certainly traditional, for more than forty years now, the very popular Jazz Festival has defined it as ‘Jazz City’. Week on the occasion of the celebration of US Labor Day, but not only!

This year, in fact, is also the centenary of Louis Armstrong’s stay in this metropolis which represents the launch point of his international career.

The Jazz Festival is also proposed as the main starting point for the proposal of other festivals of different musical genres, from blues to classical, from hip hop to pop dance, which take place throughout the summer, not just in August.

Millennium Park, a top tourist destination in Chicago, is the stage for these numerous events, not only musical, but also cultural, dance, entertainment and art.

It is here where the Jazz Festival takes place, open access and free, it remains one of the main reasons for congregation in the city, where residents and tourists of all ethnic groups and generations meet to see internationally renowned musicians who support and enrich the city itself community.
